Morning, started my first DIY project last night, and I must say my first pomander looks pretty spectacular!

B:2 slices Light whole wheat toast w 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and banana with a glass of almond milk.
S: Blueberries
L: Steamed Kale w black beans
S: Apple
D: pulled pork, black beans and string beans

E: 3 mile run and legs!
