    40 push-ups, 100 crunches
  • I did. I'm finding planks really difficult right now but they should get easier.

    Planks have always been difficult for me.  My elbows hate them.

    hard to believe I'll be able to do 100 sit ups by the end of this -- 20 was rough!

    I found a modified version online where your knees rest on the floor but it still feels like you're doing some work. I figure I'll do this for a while until it gets a little easier then try the 'real' way.

    I had to look at several pics online before I realised how it worked. I'd tried them before but couldn't figure it out... until I realised elbows in line under shoulders. Then I was all 'AHHHH'.
  • I am so excited to be able to do planks!  The first 10 seconds are getting easier!!!  

    I haven't done it yet, but as soon as I'm done on the computer, I will be =)  Maybe I"ll get the FI in on it too =)

  • I did!

    I had already been doing a lot of this (planks, crunches, push-ups) along with my lifting and cardio but it's good to have something to make sure I do it everyday (I don't generally do that stuff when I run which is every other day usually).
