i need help/advice on how to drop some pounds by my wedding date - aug. 6th. i know to cut out sodium, sugar, some carbs etc. but is there anything else?
i've thought of slimquick & a "clense system" both of which scare me kinda. i mainly want to slim down in the belly and love handles.
i tend to lose weight by just changing eating habits, not excercising - from what i've noticed in the past. i had to have lost 10 lbs being depressed after my father passed away. i still go through moments of that, but need a true solution on dropping some of this quick --- no plasitc sugery unfortunately for me - i'll have to pass on that -- lol.
