I have another super busy day ahead of me. Work will be busy today and Fi and I have tons of moving/apartment logistics to figure out.
Last night I lifted and increased reps for one of my circuits and also did 40 minutes on the elliptical.
It is of course pouring today, but I really need to go for a run just to de-stress. I'm planning on about 4 miles.
How did everyone else do?
