Newbie & Monday Accountability

Hello fellow knotties! Im fairly new to this board and have recentley gone through treatment for endometrosis and was on a shot 'depo luperon' which caused me to gain about 20 lbs. My wedding is Sept. 24th. Not sure, when Im going to buy my dress but, I'm looking to lose 20-30 lbs before the wedding. Any idea when I should buy my dress? Thanks for the help everyone!

Hey! Welcome to the board.
I purchased mine in July, and the wedding is December. I got it a month ago and its in alterations right now. You should have plenty of time if you order about 6 months out. (It all depends on the shop and designer too, I'm talkin David's Bridal)

Your best bet is to start looking now.  I ordered my dress in October for my end of August wedding (but it was in by, like, Feb, so there was plenty of time), but each designer is different.  The bridal shops would be the best to tell you timing.
