Need a little help with Bridalicious Boot Camp DVD!!

Hi ladies!!  I am really, really hoping someone can help me out here with the bridalicious boot camp DVD set.  I have now purchased two sets of this DVD, one from the Knot, and neither have ANY information on a workout schedule or plan or anything.  I have been on the the actual website for the DVD and it seems like nothing works there, it basically just tells you that right now they are sold out.  I started doing the workouts but I am just doing whatever I feel like, I would really appreciate the actual workout plan or schedule.  If anyone has the ebook can you send it to me or tell me what I should be doing?  Thanks a million!!

When I got the DVD there was an insert with instructions on how to download the e-books, and the e-books had the suggested workout and meal plans, if memory serves.

I got an email that said thank you for ordering Bridalicious Boot Camp yet I didn't order anything nor have I ever heard of it. Anyone know what this is about?

Thanks for the links and help.  Yeah, my DVD came with no instructions whatsoever.  anna.oskar - I did actually try to get in touch with Doug via facebook.  He responded to me today saying that the knot would send a link.  The knot did in fact send an e-mail with a link, but the link is broken and only gives an error.  I called them and they said they know it doesn't work and are working on it.  *sigh* it's all just slightly frustrating because this DVD is not cheap so I'd like things to get crackin' ya know?  Oh well, if I get any new info I 'll be happy to share.
