Someone had posted something about the lose it website where you can track your calories so I thought I'd check it out. I just started it yesterday, but I love it so far. It lets you eat whatever but only up to a certain amount of calories. Plus it promotes healthy weight loss (up to 1.5 lbs a week) If you have a little bit of extra time per day it's def worth it. I always thought counting calories was too much work but this made it lots easier. I'll let you know how it works out
