I've been slowly but steadily increasing my running mileage (no more than 10% a week), and lately I've been struggling with tight, sore, and spasm-y (sweet word, eh?) hip flexors--mostly my right leg. I've tried googling stretches, and I find one major one that no matter which variation I do, I don't feel enough of a stretch to really make a difference.
Any other suggestions or stretches you've found that work well? Will foam rolling help? I've been thinking of picking one up.
