TGIF Accountability

Yay Friday!  If I can get my work done in time I'll be taking a half day.  I'm really excited for this weekend.  My 1st anniversary is on Sunday and we're getting away to wine country for a bit.  We've got 3 wine tours and a gourmet dinner lined up.  I'm going to enjoy myself and relax.  It will be a great weekend of rest.

B: everything bagel w/ herb cream cheese, coffee w/ skim milk
S: almonds and string cheese
S: protein powder in water
L: (after workout) TBD, sushi?
D: going out, so maybe salad? or chicken?

E: NROL4W Stage 7 Workout 2

I'm hoping to get out of work at noon, and then go do my workout, so I think I'll do a simple protein shake as a prelunch snack to tide me over, since I do not want to do that workout after eating!

    B - hardboiled egg on multigrain english muffin w/ LC wedge and 2 slices ham
    S - banana
    L - 1.5 c. FIber Polus Protein cereal in 1/4 c. almond milk
    S - 2 clementines
    D - chinese night, so either chicken and broccoli or sweet and sour chicken. Last chinese night until after our wedding so probably eating way too much of it and regretting it later :)

    E - AM killer abs workout, HIIT/elliptical w/ arm weights at lunch
