Thursday Accountability

Good morning ladies! Today is my Friday!!! WOOHOO! I actually got out of work last night on time and got to work out. But I was bad and had a pumpkin milkshake yesterday. Itwas so good but felt so gilty afterwards. Hope everyone has a great day today!

B- bagel thin with a little butter
S- yogurt
L- chicken ceasar salad, necturine
S- apple with LC cheese
D- idk most likely a smart one with extra veggies

E- work out dvd

    L- vegetable lasagna that I made for dinner last night
    D- ???  maybe a grilled chicken salad....getting the camper ready to go camping this weekend so it will be a busy night...

  • I love fake Fridays.  I'm going to be taking off a bit early today, I have to get my eyebrows tamed.  Then, the gym and probably Home Depot to buy a whole bunch of insulation.

    B: overnight oats w/ pumpkin puree, almond milk, yogurt, chocolate protein powder and pumpkin pie spice, coffee w/ skim milk, and half an apple from my coworker
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: left over ground pork thai lettuce wraps and mango salad (yumm)
    S: yogurt, protein powder and raspberries
    D: eggs?  with stuff in them?  sooo, omelettes.

  • Super busy day today - jealous of everyone's early weekends!

    B: Golden Grahams, milk, coffee
    S: Pear
    L: Pear, raspberry yogurt, almonds
    S: Let's be honest, I'll probably grab some brown sugar pop tarts.
    D: Lean Cuisine something or other.

    E: 2mi run. Not near as far as I had planned! Oh, well.

    Raynes, question about your overnight oats: can you do it without the protein powder and the fruit puree?
  • yes I too would like more info on these overnight oats you speak of.  Are they regular oats that you just soak overnight?? enlighten us please!
  • Today's my Friday as well and I cannot wait until 4:30!!!

    b-honey bunches of oats with almonds and skim milk
    s-trail mix
    l- chobani and apple
    d-corn and potato chowder using a recipie from shape or self so it's low-cal.
    s-apple

    e- 60 minutes elliptical and abs

    B - vanilla greek yogurt, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, Kashi GoLean cereal and coffee w/ skim milk
    S - 1/2 banana and strawberries
    L - spinach salad with turkey, hard boiled egg, bell pepper, mushrooms, feta cheese, chickpeas, black beans, and balasmic dressing
    S - chocolate goldfish, chopped dates, almond mix
    D - probably something free at the festival I'm going to tonight - the university I attend/am interning for is bringing T-Pain in for a concert tonight (lol right?) and there will supposedly be free hot dogs or bbq sandwhiches so I'll probably jump on that

    E - 45 minutes on elliptical and biceps/legs/abs

  • Morning ladies- I am sleepy this morning. Meh.

    B- kashi heart to heart cereal, skim milk
    S- banana
    L- salad w/ italian dressing
    S- greek yogurt
    D- don't know yet, perhaps eggs and pork chops

    E- 60 min zumba class
  • B- Kashi Heart to Heart cereal and skim milk

    L- PBJ sandwich on ww bread
        Cream of Broccoli soup

    S- Nectarine

    S- Yogurt

    D- chicken tacos, shredded on corn tortillas made in the oven.

    E- 90 minute Cardio workout that includes pilates and yoga in it as well to get a balance of cardio, and stretching combined.

  • b- handful of almonds in the car to the gym
    s- strawberry kefir
    l- grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce, salad, rice
    s- edamame, greek yogurt with honey
    d- leftover veggie chili and cornbread

    e- 1 hour weights class
  • B: frosted flakes with skim milk
    S: banana
    L: something called a perrushky (sp?).  it's cheese, ground beef, and mushrooms wrapped in a crepe and covered with crumbs.  I won't usually eat mushrooms, but it was really good! also had some pasta
    D: finish off the mac and cheese
  • B- Um, PB sandwich again. 
    L- Big salad with lots of veggies, and a bit of buttermilk ranch.  tomato soup.
    S- york peppermint patty snuck its way in.  Oops.
    D- No idea.  maybe salmon if we get some at the store tonight.

    E- No gym in lieu of working late and going to grocery store.  I am very proud, however, that I got in 90 mins of cardio last night.  The most I've done since the wedding, and definitely since I hurt my back last month.  Both my back and knee feel great today- I think I may finally be on my way to recovery!!  1.5 months for the back, 9 for the knee.  YAY!
