  • I was down 1.4 this morning!  Wooohooo!  I can now fit into a pair of pants that I haven't been able to wear in a year.  So excited!!!!

    Not exactly sure what I'm gonna have today, but here's what I'm thinking so far.

    B: ww yogurt (1); fiber one bar (2)
    L: turkey (3); string cheese (2); cantaloupe (1); flatbread crisps (2)
    S: carrots (0); banana (2)
    D: ?????? possibly steak on the grill with some veggies and cantaloupe

  • Congrats, vballgirl! I'm trying to eat super light today - we have a catered fantasy football draft party tonight. I'm going to meet my FI's coworkers for the first time!

  • So I just started browsing this board and so this post for WW accountability!! I am doing WW's and LOVE it... although I have been sick this past week and have slacked a little.

    Is something that is posted everyday?  Just on weigh-in days??? I have lost 13 lbs so far... and I really could use some more support and encouragement!!!!!

  • Cara-  I sort of just dumped things in the magic bullet this morning after a quick investigation online for recipes.  I used:
    1/2 squash puree (since I can't get pumpkin here during the shortage)
    2/3 c. skim milk
    1 scoop vanilla protein
    6 g fat free sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    ice

    It didn't have a very creamy texture-it needs a frozen banana or yogurt or something, not sure what I'll try next.

  • Interesting! Keep me updated on your experiments!  I want to start making protein shakes and smoothies more often. :-)
