2 days in! Today I did an ab circuit, 3 supersets of tough arm exercises and then 3 supersets of leg exercises! Talk about TIRED! My muscles are so wore out but I feel SOOOOOOO good:) I came home and made myself a turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread and ate some activia yogurt and some fruit salad:) Tonight I am going to go out to eat and enjoy some comedy with friends. I am going to opt for smaller portions and healthier choices.I am excited about beginning this journey and am thoroughly looking forward to the 15th when I weigh in again to see my progress!
