Morning. It was kinda nice waking up at 6am and it was light out.

B- apple cinn. overnight oats
S-pear
L- mini pot pie. broccoli slaw with low cal dressing, apple
S-granola bar
D- lean cuisine

E- exercise dvd

  • Morning. Attempting to take it easy on my knee today. It doesn't seem to be holding up well anymore Undecided

    B - Kashi pumpkin pecan bar, strawberry Activia
    S - banana
    L - 1 c. sausage & veggy soup w/ 8 multigrain crackers and french onion LC wedge
    S - roasted cocoa almonds w/ (TBD)
    D - Kraft mexican chicken & pasta skillet (1.5 cups) w/ 1 c. 1% milk
    S - slice of homemade apple cake

    E - 35 min ellip w/ arm weights at lunch

    B- 1 white, 1 whole egg, 2 slices light wheat, cheese, coffee
    S- chobani
    L- chicken and brown rice with stewed tomatos
    S- kashi chewey bar before kickboxing
    D-? probably a grilled chicken wrap

    E- 1 hr kickboxing

    B: coffee with almond milk
    S: protein shake (protein powder, frozen banana, light chocolate soy milk, almond milk, some instant coffee granules)
    L: salad with spinach, Tofurky slices, mushrooms, avocado, and tomato
    S: apple
    D: shirataki noodles with hm sauce, some kind of veggie
    S: peach

    E: P90X Back and Biceps and some kind of cardio...maybe go for a job since it's supposed to be in the 70s today.
  • While I do enjoy the sun being up a bit when I get up, I do not enjoy the sun shining directly into my eyes when I'm driving in to work.

    B: overnight oats, chocolate/AB/banana style, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: TBD, going out with work people, but I think a nice big salad w/ yummy toppings
    S: edamame and cashews
    D: egg sandwiches

    E: Today I WILL do my workout.  FBB Define Yourself Phase Workout B4.  No excuses.

  • B - vanilla greek yogurt, blueberries, 1/2 banana, Kashi GoLean cereal + coffee
    S - hummus and pretzels
    L - spinach salad w/ turkey, peppers, brocolli slaw, balck beans, chickpeas, feta,balasmic dressing
    S - honeycrisp apple
    D - making a chicken teriyaki stir fry over at my sister's place (I don't have a tv at my apartment so I go over to her place to watch Glee)

    E - spin class...I WILL go. I've just been so tired lately.

    D- probably eggs, considering I eat those a lot. I wanted them for breakfast, but no time.

    E- 3 mile walk during lunch, 60 minute zumba class tonight.

    E: 2-mile run (and 2-mile walk... was supposed to be a 4-mile run) this morning. Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred tonight!
  • I realized I am eating too much sodium.. my breakfast alone was 1,000 mg!

        2 Slices Canadian Bacon

    S- Danon Greek Yogurt Blueberry

    L- Eatingwell Eggplant Parmesan

    S- Nut and Fruit Mix

    S- Apple if I am hungry also have some Hummas and Chips too.

    D- Eating at In-Laws.. who knows

  • good morning (although not for much longer!)  feeling worse today, but still able to function, soooo here's the plan

    B: none, woke up at FI's house and there was nothing to eat!
    S: none, no break for me at work today :(
    L: Taco Bell...not the greatest lunch, and ate wayy too much
    S: nothing, too full!!
    D: unkown, depends on where i am, but maybe some spanish rice and guacamole

    E: going to try to walk this evening when it's cooler, maybe some wii fit for a little bit too....energy level is low

  • It was quiet tasty. I was not sure how it would be on calories, but it was not too bad.  No mayo or saucy stuff in it.
