so i joined the the gym and im not going as much as i thought,so im gonna cancelled my membership,but i at home i have a stationary bike and i try to do sit ups when i can,and i also eat turkey meat instead of ground,chicken and we get everything bread relation in wheat,and i also drink those single packs of flavor packs for your water that are sugar free and are like 5 calories each....so long story short is there anymore exercise that i can do at home to help.
