weightloss without the gym(kinda long)

so i joined the the gym and im not going as much as i thought,so im gonna cancelled my membership,but i at home i have a stationary bike and i try to do sit ups when i can,and i also eat turkey meat instead of ground,chicken and we get everything bread relation in wheat,and i also drink those single packs of flavor packs for your water that are sugar free and are like 5 calories each....so long story short is there anymore exercise that i can do at home to help.

  • I walk for about 30-45 minutes a day. So far its doing good for me. Maybe you can fit that into your schedule.
  • Jillian's 30-Day shred: 30-minutes, and 100X better than a stationary bike. You'll be in shape in just a few weeks :)

    Also, watch those 5-calorie packs because of the chemicals and artificial sweeteners. It's bad for celullite and will surely boost cravings.

    if you dont mind me how much have you lost or has it toned you up,and it doesnt help that my fi download everything so he said he can get it for me

    Make sure you're not just looking at calories...because even though it has fake sugar in it, those can turn into fat too.  Don't just look at calories look at EVERYTHING.  The only thing that will 100% not turn into fat is water.  You're body doesn't need any other liquid.

  • Yeah those sweet things make you crave more sweets. I gave up sugar and artificial sweetner as my New Year's resolution this year, and after a month or so, I didn't even notice anymore! I just find myself not wanting sweet things that much.

    Also...if you're eating lots of bread, the whole wheat thing doesn't help that much. I'd try to stick to having breads and pasta, etc. in one meal only. So if you have toast for breakfast, don't have a sandwich for lunch.

    With those two things, I'm able to maintain fairly well.

  • We have a biggest loser DVD, which is also Jillian Michaels.

    I've been drinking those 5 calorie things until FI figures out what water filter to get.  (unfiltered tap water tastes funny here)  I figure it's better than drinking a lot of apple juice.  Something else I do that's probably better is just squeezing a small lemon wedge into your water to give it a little flavor.
