Getting in Shape

I hit my 10% goal!

Weight Watchers gives me a nice way to set goals and keep track of my losses. As of today, I've lost 23lbs in the last 14 weeks, putting me at a loss of 10% of my starting weight. Just felt like sharing and maybe giving some others some motivation to begin the journey to a healthier you! One healthy decisions begats another! You can do it!
