Getting in Shape

What keeps you going?

So how did you lose weight or stick to a program?  I find that I am good at going to the gym for a week or two or good at tracking calories for a week or two but then I get so caught up in other things.  I know that it is a life style and I REALLY want to get into better shape and be healthier but my problem is sticking with something.  How did you stick with it?
