Hey ladies--
Need some help. Is anyone else traveling while wedding planning and staying up with an exercise routine? I travel 4 nights a week for my job and am having a hard time sticking with a healthy eating/exercise routine. Any suggestions would be fabulous. I am trying to make sure that I finish eating dinner by 7pm so I can work out a 8, but doesn't always work out that way since I stay at a different hotel every night

I don't know enough about your schedule to know if that's feasible, but I much prefer to get my workout in first thing; that way I'm not worrying about it for the rest of the day. Sometimes it really, truly sucks getting up a few hours earlier to do it, but afterwards I'm always glad that I did. Well, almost always.
As for working out... I am going to try the morning routine but try getting a workout in whenever I can if I don't make the morning. I am also thinking about bringing DVDs with me that I can play on my computer... ones that use limited equipment for the workout and hope that I am on the first floor of the hotel too!
