Morning everyone! I'm still feeling the effects of Halloween candy binging (and getting nervous about being ready for the marathon I'm running in two and a half weeks) so I'm really trying to make an effort to eat more clean.
B: shredded oats, milk, apple
S: yogurt
L: lean cuisine (not great, but I'm working 9am-11pm today, so this is easiest to bring along)
S: banana, almonds

salad, cottage cheese
Does anyone have any good crockpot recipes that are easy to freeze and thaw later? I live by myself during the week, so I don't want what I make to go bad in the fridge, but I'd love to make something "real" for dinner/lunches.
