weight watchers members

What are some of your great food finds on weight watchers? Any meal, snack, restaurant, drinks etc. So far mine has been reduced fat cool whip! And subway salads and applebees ww meals I eat out a lot for my job! I was also negatively surprised by the amount of points in my trail mix I was smacking on daily....4 pts for a VERY small amount

    I don't add the cheese, because that just add points...so I do egg whites and veggies so for three of them you are only at 2 points!!

  • Jimmy John's subs as Unwiches. They wrap them in lettuce instead of using bread. We order from there on Fridays at work and I'm slowly converting my department into ordering Unwiches.

    For instance, a Country Club -- turkey breast, smoked ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato & mayo on wheat bread -- is 15 points.

    Order it as an Unwich and it's 6 points.

    I printed the menu from the website and listed the points values of all the subs using wheat bread, French bread, and as Unwiches (they're on the WW website).
  • OH Lots of good stuff,

    I love the smootheis, I do two a day :) Love fruit.  I also like hummas and carrotts. Mexicali dip with Flat out break and turky and veggies. If you don't have lots of points, then skip the mexicali dip and use mustard, saves 2 points. Eating out, at red Robin they have the simple chicken sandwhich, thats only 7 points with the melon and i add the lettuce, tomato, pickeles and mustard.

    egg whites omlete with lots of veggies, grilled chicken, salsa, fajita seasoning or ms dash chipltie, sauted together with red and green peppers add some ff sc and WHOLA a lot of food for very little points.

    light italian bread, egg whites, cinimmon, vanilla and sugar free suryp. and you got yourself some french toast.

    theres lots of good stuff out there, just need to try it...

  • Red Robin's website is really cool. You can build meals, add things, take things away and it gives you the nutrition.
  • Kroger mini caramel rice cakes, a serving is 1 point and they are awesome for curbing a sweet tooth.  Laughing Cow light swiss cheese wedges are awesome on pita, crackers, sandwiches, with apples or any other way you like to eat cheese.  They are only 1 point, as well.  Smart Taste pasta is an alternative to whole wheat pasta and is 2pts per serving.  Adding veggies to anything is always a good way to bulk it up without adding extra points.  =)
