Post baby boobs won't shrink!!!

My son is 17 months old. He stopped nursing at 11 months. I have lost about 15 lbs and I'm about 5 more away from my pre pregnancy weight and my boobs are the only things that have not shrunk!!

I am a big girl to begin with. Currently 212 from 231 and Before my son I was a 38f. Now I'm a 40gh the band size shrinks as my back gets smaller but the cup is pretty much the same. And it's already hard enough finding bras. I don't know a single place that sells a 36g out side of custom and. Who really can spend 75.00 in a bra?

How can I shrink these puppies in 15 months. I'm afraid I won't be able to get my dress to fit properly.

Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce.  Weight will decide to come off your body wherever is wants to and not where you want it to.  You've got time though.  I'd recommend you to start tracking your food intake with a free site like SparkPeople or MyFitnessPal.  It's been great for me.

I'd just keep trying to lose weight in general. Like Anna said you can't really spot reduce and it's not like you can "tone up" your boobs but I think for most women the weight comes off our boobs first. I'd imagine it will come off eventually if you continue to lose weight. Just have patience.

I agree with PPs, just start getting healthy overall and it's been my experience that the breasts are the first place I lose weight (and I know others have said this as well).
