I know that you should have 8-8 oz glasses of water a day (minimum.) Does anything else go towards this? I know coffee doesn't because it is a diuretic, but what about decaf green tea or something? I just have the hardest time drinking water, I try to drink as much as I can but I know I would drink more (good-for-me) liquids if I could have some variety. FWIW, I also buy those little packets that you mix into bottled water, but I don't like how most of those taste. Any input or suggestions would be helpful, TIA!
