E- gym tonight, I skipped the last 2 nights since my hand was still swollen but I am definitly going tonight!

  • Ack - I need to get back in on this (again).  This week has been rough for some reason.  I think I've been stress eating a lot with the wedding getting closer and the semester wrapping up (and graduation in a few weeks!)

    B - apple juice, probably find something else to eat too
    L - grilled ham & cheese sandwich, tomato soup
    S - baby carrots w/hummus
    D - spaghetti & meatballs, skim milk

    E - either pilates or 30 DS if I have time

    S: Apple
    L: Whole grain wrap with pb and banana.  Some kind of veggie with it.
    S: String cheese
    D: Probably pizza, I don't know what kind yet but FI and I both have different schedules today and he's craving pizza.  I'm hoping I figure out a better plan by dinner time but that is what we are currently planning.

    E: 1st personal training session
    PW: Possibly a smoothie...if I develop a healthier plan for dinner.

  • I've been MIA the past few days - my posts kept not posting for some reason and I got annoyed and gave up, heh.

    PW: Banana (I seriously need to get the Magic Bullet so I can start making smoothies, I am so sick of bananas!)
    B: 1 scrambled egg, NF cheese, canadian bacon, 1 cup chocolate milk
    L: Chicken salad with fruit on two pieces of Pepperdige Farms ligth oat bread
    S: Apple, yogurt or Kashi's Autum Harvest cereal, depending on what I'm in the mood for
    D: Probably scrambled eggs with mushrooms, peppers, canadian bacon, NF cheese and chives - I have softball tonight so I have to do something quick and simple

    E: Arc machine, strength training (abs), and softball tonight!
  • So last night my FI and I randomly decided to get some veggie pizza, so we're having left overs today, and.... of course my boss decides he wants to throw a pizza party tomorrow.  so we'll see how that goes....  :[[

    B: Bagel thin, strawberries, banana
    L: 1 pc veggie pizza
    S: Mini Clif bar
    D: Soup and salad

    E: probably a long walk, and an exercise dvd. I've missed my planned walks these past 2 days so I really need to kick it into high gear

                       L: Chx Wrap with lots of veggies/ Cottage Cheese
                       D: Something on the grill/ Asparagus and yellow peppers/ baked pot.

                        E: Treadmill 40 minutes

  • Havent been working out much this week because I'm getting ready for the out of town guests that are coming in for my shower and bachelorette party this weekend, and shopping for the finishing touches to my outfits.

    B- yogurt
    L- vegetarian gyro
    D- grilled portobello with broccoli and rice

    E- cleaning my house and shoe shopping!
