Cleanse?

Hey Ladies - does anyone know of a good cleanse I could do?  If its 24 hrs or 7 days - I don't care.  Just looking for a fresh start for the month and would love to start with something like that.

Nothing is wrong with a good colon cleanse...Dr. Natura is great...it uses a lot of fiber.

If you cannot poop, see your doctor. Otherwise, carry on. No need for a "cleanse."
