  • I only took a cursory glance at that, but I'll tell you this:  diet pills don't work.

It looks like that site is offering cleanse type products.  You have organs that perform allllll the cleansing your body needs just fine.  If you feel like you really NEED to do a cleanse, spend a bit of time eliminating processed foods from your diet.  Focus on eating real, whole food and drinking plenty of water.

As for the other things they seem to offer, a well balance diet full of lots of differently colours veggies and lean proteins will get you all the vitamins and minerals you need.   And besides, studies have shown the our  bodes process vitamins and minerals from real food much better than when they're in pill form.

    Bottom line?  Save you money.

Agreed. Remove the processed foods from your diet and you will have a happy body! Plus, if you take any kind of pill it is less likely that you will be able to maintain the weight that you lost.

  • I tried this and it was awful. The shakes tasted like chalk, even after adding fresh strawberries or peanut butter to them. Unfortunately the only answer is what no one wants to hear... cutting calories and exercise! I'm doing the same myself and hope to be in good shape for my October wedding. Good luck!!!!
