I use EA Active on the Wii and it's pretty good. There's a good variety of workouts depending on whether you want to focus more on cardio or muscles and depending on how long you want to spend (if I'm in a rush I'll just do a 20 min workout, if I have more time I'll do a 30-40 min workout). It comes with a resistance band so that helps with arm exercises.
I use it! At first i wasn't such a fan but after a few weeks i've actually started to like it and i've lost about fifteen pounds in a six weeks (i'm on weightwatchers also)
