And if you currently are using this work out and LOVE it, please talk about it and what you love about it, why you like it, what it's done for you, and (only if you feel comfortable saying so) what you're weight was before you started this workout, and what it is now.

You also begin to feel it immediately. So I would also suggest to drink muscle milk before and after your workouts so it takes most of the pain away, but you still feel it; and it makes it easier for you to workout as well.

But also, please keep in mind that if you have certain medical conditions, speak with your doctor first. Shaun T even says it before you work out, and it is on the DVD when you play it before it plays the work out. I have minor arthritis in my knee, so what I would do is put my Knee Bandage on so it makes it easier for me. Does it hurt my knee during some exercies still? Hell yeah it does! (excuse my language). But I also noticed, since I've been working out, and working my knee out at my own pace, it made my knee stronger and I don't get as much aches anymore.

I think also, that regardless of whether or not you're a vendor, it's pretty ballsy and inappropriate to ask people to share their actual weights with you.  Maybe their LOSS, but the actual number on the scale?

Seriously, you DO sound like a vendor.  I deleted your triple post (that was pretty much identical to this one) in the other post because dang you sound like an infomercial.  Please stop sounding like an infomercial.  I get that you're excited.  I do.  But you don't need to advertise that crap for other people.  Most of us know about it already and HAVE used the program.
