Getting in Shape

30 Day Shred

I've joined a gym close to my work which specializes in group classes and I love it.  However, on the weekends I find I'm not motivated to drive 30 minutes each way (lame excuse, I know).  I read some great things about 30 day shred on this board, so I think I'm going to do that on weekends and weeknights when I have to be home early.  It came in yesterday, so this morning is going to be my first shot!  Wish me luck!

  • 30DS is a great fill in workout like that.  Good for you for getting moving.  Getting started is the hardest part.  Good luck!

    i LOVE THAT ONE!! it really does get you motivated. Can get boring, but if you are not doing it everyday and just using it as a supplement then it will be awesome for you :)

  • Level Two is the hardest in my opinion. Just make sure to really push yourself to get the best possible workout! Only 26 minutes!
