  • What is it? A book or a video?
  • its a program and you pick out foods from a list and they give you meals to eat

  • Oh, I see. I obviously have never heard of it. Here is the thing that all of those food delivery type places have in common: portion control. Have you tried eating less of everything that you currently are? I tweaked a few things in my diet: using smaller plates, eating smaller portions, and making healther (but not fake) substiutions. For example, I will scramble egg whites for myself but I don't use processed products such as egg beaters. When baking, I use egg whites instead of whole egg and substitute apple sauce for oil. I don't really believe in those programs unless you have a serious problem with portion control. If you don't, I think you can just make these changes yourself.
  • the easiest way i lost weight was making sure i burned more calories then i ate.  that doesnt mean starve yourself.  take your daily intake but make sure you supliment with a good work out.  Theres no secret to weight loss diet and excersize.  And if its not working you arent being honest with one or the other

  • I'm sure you look gorgeous the way you are. However if you do want to lose a few pounds for your wedding the best thing to do is change your eating habits. Eat fruits, vegetables, healthy carbs, and lean meats. Eat often, every 3 hours whether you're hungry or not. That will keep you from getting so hungry that you'll eat whatever is in sight. Also, drink plenty of water and stay away from sugary high calorie soft drinks (including diet) and juices. Exercise regularly (try to get in 30 minutes a day). It's easy and healthy, you won't be hungry or feel exhausted from not eating enough calories. Good luck!
