E- gym, didn't make it yesterday but did go for a jog.

    S - WW String Cheese
    L - Leftovers from dinner (Scallops over Veggie Fried Brown Rice)
    S - Pear, Grape Tomatoes
    D - TBD.

    E - I think today should be a rest day, but if I get restless, 30DS Level 2.
  • Morning!  As I have Friday off, today is Fake Thursday, so I'm happy.

    B: overnight oats, chocolate/PB/banana style, coffee

    L: Cilantro Lime Wheatberry Salad, pear
    S: carrots and hummus (maybe an orange too)

    D-FI wants to go out to celebrate being back at work for a full two weeks and to celebrate getting a two dollar raise even though he was out broken for three weeks. :)
    (I'm very proud of him!)

    S-probably none since we are going out tonight

    E-grocery shopping marathon (we FINALLY got a full sized refridgerator! and I know this isn't exercise, but it is what I'll be doing for a large portion of the evening)

    So excited I only have 1 and a half days till the weekend!

                        B: Oatmeal/ gotta change (just can't get into it)/ Coffee

                        L: Wings (Bad I know)
                        S: Cheese

                      E: I don't know yet, I'm really in a slump, the weather here has been cold and rainy all week, and it makes me want to sit on the couch and snuggle! So to get out of my funk, I'm gonna go try my dress on so it will remind me why I am doing all of this!

    PM: Possibly 40 minutes cardio plus strength training. I work until 10 so it all depends how tired I am.
