Thursday Accountability

Morning. I am so happy today is my Friday. I haven't been able to work out all week with my fiance being home with a back injury. He goes back to work today, so hopefully I will get to work out tonight after I go grocery shopping. Hope everyone has a great day!

B- pumpkin overnight oats
S- baby bell cheese, grapes
L- pasta with turkey meatballs
S- granola bar, apple
D- idk maybe some soup or a smart one

E- I hope to get a 20minute jog depending on the weather, if its raining I will do a workout dvd

    B- 2 eggs (1 whole 1 white), light english muffin, cheese, coffee
    S- apple
    L- salad with walnuts, cranberries, feta, light raspberry vinagrette
    D-?? TBD.....probably baked chicken with veggies

    E- 2 mile run/walk
  • Morning! Had 2 very off days where I didn't stick to my planning. Need to change that up...

    B - Chocolate PB overnight oats (put a little too much PB in it, so less next time - a little too sweet)
    L - salad w/ 2 tsps green goddess dressing
    S - apple slices w/ 2 tbsp nutella
    D - grilled chicken and cheese & spinach stuffed portabellos (eatingwell recipe)
    S - ??? depends, i'm low on calories today and planning on working out. maybe a VitaTop or some yogurt

    E - arms & abs at lunch; 50 min elliptical after work

  • Good morning!  I did some of the prep for tonight's dinner last night, and I have to say, butternut squash that's been cubed looks very much like cheddar cheese!

    B: overnight oats w/ almond milk, yogurt, chocolate protein powder, PB and 1/2 banana, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: 2 small apples w/ peanut butter
    L: rye crackers w/ cream cheese, red onion and smoked salmon, baby arugula w/ sweet onion vinaigrette
    S: red pepper and hummus
    D:Black Bean Chili w/ Butternut Squash and Swiss Chard - this will be a Swiss Chard first in our house.

    E: rest day.  foam rolling and stretching.

    Today is my Friday too.

    B – Special K Protein cereal, Strawberries, and low fat milk
    S – Raspberries, Crunchmaster crackers, and Alloutte Brie Spread
    L – Spinach Salad with EverRoast Chicken, Feta, and lots of other veggies (cleaned out my fridge with this salad)
    S – Apple and PB
    D – Not sure.. Lots to do tonight, FI applying for his passport, finally!
    Probably Moes skinny taco..

    E –   30-45 Minute Run this evening
  • Can it be Friday already? Meh.

    B - apple cinnamon oats + coffee
    L - spinach salad w/ turkey, feta, red bell pepper, broccoli slaw, chickpeas, black beans, and balasmic dressing
    S - honeycrisp apple
    D - lean cuisine (every time I open my fridge and see these things, I want to gag. I would do unspeakable things for a stove/oven/dishwasher right now)

    E - pretty sore from body pump yesterday so probably a 30-60 minute walk

  • jonchrissy, i was so paranoid that mine wouldn't fit when it came in, and it was actually too big for me (woohoo!!). So don't worry. :)

    B- I am seriously considering a muffin and coffee from this place downtown.. I haven't been there in about a year.

    S- probably none if I get a muffin
    L- Muir glen organic garden vegetable soup
    S- greek yogurt
    D- Probably spinach salad. Need to grocery shop again

    E- 3 mile walk during lunch, 60 min. zumba class after work.
  • The weather is gross, and I'm anxiously waiting to find out what our monthly payments could be for a new car.. so we can buy it if they're within our budget.  I hate waiting.

    B- spaghetti leftovers (lol, I know. I was sick of cereal)
    S- granola bar
    L- salad and soup
    D-?

    E- Depends on what happens with the car.

  • Thursdays are always my Fridays...but I work Saturday, so it's never a traditional weekend. Still, I'm glad to have tomorrow off!

    b- 3 almond biscotti thins on the way to the gym (not the best choice!)
    s- fresh raspberries
    l- panera with work....garden salad and cup black bean soup with bread- that's all under 400 calories!
    s- greek yogurt, edamame
    d- zucchini & goat cheese frittata, homemade hashbrowns, turkey bacon, green beans
    s- maybe a few more biscotti thins (only 33 calories each)

    e- 1 hour weightlifting class at gym

  • B- Pumpkin Pancakes. from a mix from a Local Organic Farm here in NJ.

    S- Apple

    L- Unstuffed Cabbage

    S- Prunes
    D- Unstuffed Cabbage again. 

    E- getting a haircut.. so I will try to fit something in tonight hopefully.. some cardio 40-60 minutes at least
