Morning, all! I gained .4 last night at my WI, but that's not bad. I thought it would be more like 2 lbs. I guess staying active helps off-set a bad week?

B - coffee (0), lite mcmuffin (2)
S - string cheese (1), salad (4)
L - Lean Cuisine spaghetti (5)
S - baked scoops and salsa (2)
D - Greek pita burgers from Cooking Light (8)

E - Biking to the library to pick up some books.

  • I found out I've got strep, so I'm home sick today and don't have much of an appetite.  So, whenever I'm hungry, I eat what sounds most appealing.  I won't worry too much about points until I'm over this crud.  I did recently discover low cal juices, and they are actually quite good for only 50 calories per serving.  So, I'm drinking lots of juice today too.

    B: probably some oatmeal or scrambled eggs (soft food special)
    S: yogurt
    L: soup and crackers
    S: ???
    D: hubby made me mac and cheese last night and that was soooo yummy.  Might have to do that again tonight

    I'm going out of town this weekend to visit my sister, so I went in to WI this morning, and I lost 1 pound! My total is now 55.6 lbs lost!  I'm past the halfway point in my goal!!! I'm ecstatic. :D
    I forgot my lunch this morning, so I went to WalMart to get some healthy stuff for me to eat on my first day of extra work hours! Breakfast was on the road though.

    B: subway western sandwich w/egg whites & extra veggies (3), grande nonfat caramel macchiato (4)
    S: banana (2)
    L: Smart Ones pasta primavera (5), apple (1)
    S: 100 cal pack cocoa roast almonds (2), 100 cal pack craisins (2)
    D: something on the road for the long drive to Los Angeles

    E: P90X Ab Ripper, Legs & Back (if I have time)

  • Vball-I hope you feel better!
    That food that I was raving about on Tuesday and Wednesday-yeah I'm pretty bored of it by Friday.  I still have one more serving of soup and butternut squash pasta each, but they'll have to wait a day or two.

    L: tomato soup (6)-so good, but I"m soooo tired of it
    S: veggies and dip (1)
    D: I think I'll have chicken ravioli.  I need a change (6)  wine (3)
