At the begining of the year I lost 15lbs. doing a weight loss competition with some of my family memebers. Since that Ended i feel like i gained a good bit back. I want to know what might help me get more motivated. I get scared bc i can't do some activites and exercises bc i had knee surgery 4 years agos and my doctors dont want me to reinjure it. can any one give me som motivation and ideas of what to do that will not cause injury to my knee.
