Ive been working out for some time now and i havent lost ANY weight! Im trying to become more fit and toned but i still have alot of fat on me, especially around my belly. In the morning my tummy looks fine but throughout the day i become bloated and i cant stop it. I drink alot of water and i workout often but even when i workout i seem to get even MORE bloated!! What can i do to see my tummy shrink and get more toned along with the rest of my body....
...oh and another problem im having is i keep loosing my breast size and its bumming me out, i went from a 34C to a 34B
