Morning everyone, and happy Wednesday! Yet one more day closer to the weekend, phew!
Eating and working out was not quite what I hoped yesterday. I did a little extra snacking at night, and my workout also got ruined because all the treadmills were taken. I was so annoyed because it was too humid outside to run, so I just went about a mile before I got overheated outdoors, and finished up with some random exercises inside. I hated the yoga x dvd (it was rough!), but am really missing it, because it did make all the difference in this program.
Today is legs, back, and abs, and back to salmon for dinner.
