So, after struggling to lose the weight that I put on after graduating from college roughly two years ago, I decided to retry the only thing that has ever worked for me...weight watchers. I'm talking old school weight watchers. I tried the points plus version last summer and gained/lost the same five flippin' pounds for about 8 weeks. However, since starting the "old" version seven weeks ago, I'm proud to report that I'm down 11 pounds!
12 pounds left until I'm back to pre-college graduation weight (which is my goal weight for my wedding)! Now I'm getting nervous about my dress fitting in July...
