Morning!  (just barely)  I didn't do as well as I wanted last night, because they were out of ALL seafood at the place we ate at last night.  But I did the best I could.

B: english muffin (3) reduced fat cream cheese (2) a little sugarfree jam (0)
L: Wendy's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger (8)
D: Buffalo Wild Wings naked tenders (4) with asian zing sauce (2) and buffalo chips (6) and ketchup (2)
S: I still have some raspberries and tangerines (0)

Total: 27
Target: 29

E:  Hoping to do Banish Fat Boost Metabolism again today.

    L-1/2 multigrain sprouted eng muffin, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1/4 c shredded mozarella
    D-1 bowl minestrone, 1 grilled ckn breast, 1/4 c marinara sauce, 1.5 cooked veg: broccoli, asparagus, tomato, 2 andes mints
    S- 1 coke zero
