I have shredded chicken in the freezer, and i cannot think of something healthy to make with it. any suggestions? sides to go with it are helpful too! I would like to try to keep it low carb if possible.
on our second week of eating healthier with smaller portions and exercising- the first week was sooo hard, but lost about 5 lbs! this week Im trying to do the same as we did last week, but we ate out with friends this day last week, tonight we are in
