How much to tip?

What percentage (if any) did you tip Becky Fowler (or any person you used for alterations)?

Im going to pick up my dress Sunday and just wanted to know how much extra cash to bring for a tip

haha well I don't think it is "necessary" but I figured it is a nice gesture....especially because she is making me a fingertip length veil for $30!!

Becky is the owner of her business, right? I don't think you tip the owners, but if you want to, I'm sure any amount would be appreciated.

I would say anywhere between 10-20% of the charge of your alterations.  More if you think she did an amazing job.

I didn't need any true alterations, just a french bustle and cups sewn in so my total was only $75 and I believe I gave her $90.  

My "entourage" bombarded her home twice and she was so sweet... she definitely deserved it.
