As you know i'm 5'2" at 168.8 lbs. I started 30 day shred on  Saturday, dieting, and doing 400 calories on treadmill. Today is day 4  and I am at 167.4 which is a 1.4 lb loss in 4 days. I was so proud.  Yesterday was the first time I could get through that dvd on level one  without breaks. I went to do the dvd today and could barely get through  the warm up. I feel like I went backwards. I must have pulled something  in my right outside thigh because that muscle pulls. I tried to walk  instead but completely no motivation. I have a friend on FB post she  lost 9.4 lbs in 7 days doing that Pink method. I understand the heavier  you are the easier it is to start losing in the beginning. But, damn its  discouraging. Now, i'm so angry and lost my motivation. Need some  uplifting words of advice and people that have been where I'm sitting.  Thanks!
