WW TGIF Accountability

So yesterday sucked... as I already told you all! I ended up going on the crossramp for 20 minutes on my flip flops!! Cause I didn't plan on going on it and didn't have my sneakers.... (I koow-im crazy)

Today is a NEW day! Lets hope my FI doesn't plan on going OUT to eat for dinner... ugh... its so hard to make good decisions when we go out.

  • Morning! Back from my business trip and SO tired! Got myself a large Dunkin Donuts coffee this morning and skipped the delicious donuts. Haha go me. I ate horrible all week, and it will continue this weekend. DH and I are going to tbe OBX for a nice quiet weekend. Only a few more days left together :-(

  • It depends on your weight.... the least amount of points you get is 29....

    Basically if you're above 185lbs you're 31 points... Below 185, you're 29...

    (Just stick with either of those amounts... I'm supposed to be on 29points and I'm sticking with 31 to see if it will do a major change in my weight loss... :) haha. )

  • I weigh in tomorrow!! Wish me luck. I did get some comments yesterday from my mom and sister that make me feel good! My sister said I looked smaller from the backside and my mom said I was definetly looking thinner! Woot Woot! And they see me everyday so there must be something good going on!

    Kim - 49 is the weekly points allowance! The daily points is calculated by online or the computers at the meetings.

    I did 30DS Level 1 yesterday. I'm more sore than I expected to be!

    B: fiber one honey clusters (4), skim milk (1), 2 hard boiled eggs (4), coffee w/creamer (1)

    thanks ladies :) the 49 weeklies was what i was trying to figure out.
    My daily points are 36, which my handy dandy points plus calculator told me :)

  • That's awesome ecflesner!!! I've gotten a bunch of compliments too... although, I'm not close to where I want to be yet... and don't really see ALL of the 21lbs off of me just yet. Guess I haven't hit that "oh wow" moment yet...

    opps... sorry Grace! I totally mis-read what you were saying... about the weekly points, Favorite is totally correct! I'm an idiot... lol
