Getting in Shape

C25K question

I am at the end of week four on my Couck 2 5K app. I haven't been able to run this week because of a cold. When I start up next week should I start where I left off or backtrack a little?

  • It depends on what you feel your body can do.  It's totally okay to repeat a week if that will help you get back into it.

  • Thanks!  I'll see how I feel once I'm feeling better.  Maybe then it will be easier to think about running haha
  • I'm in the same place you are! Life got in the way for a week or so, and I started back where I was, but I was just a little extra tired and sore after :) good luck!
