Hey everyone! So this week is going to be a bit rough with the holidays, but hopefully we can all stay on track with training! Luckily, I live in Arizona, so it's about 65 or 70 all this week. Running outside looks feasible! Also, FI is coming into town and he is an avid runner, so it will be much more motivating for me to run with a partner.

A pretty exciting side note: I measured myself this morning and in just 2 weeks of this new schedule, I have lost a half an inch on my hips and an in off my waist! Yay!
This weeks schedule is pretty easy:
Monday: Stretch and strengthen (I am going to add some cross training today)
5 minute jog warm up/stretch
50 pushups (5 sets of ten with 30 second breaks)
1 set tricep dips at max, 2 sets half max (I explained this in the last thread, but if you have a quetion you can ask me.)
Wall Sits (4 x 45 seconds)
Lunges with 10lb weights (3 sets of 14)
30 minutes on the bike
Stretch/cool down.
Tuesday: 3 mile run and abs (flutter kicks, straight leg, bicycle)
Wednesday: 2 mile run
Thursday: Pullups (for bicep and back toning) and 3 mile run
Friday: CHRISTMAS!

Saturday: cross-train day, so I'll probably do the ellyptical and abs
Sunday: 4 mile run!
