Day 1 - Feeling good and ready to go

Today is the first day of my lifestyle change.  Thanks to suggestions here, I am tracking my nutrition and fitness on spark people.  I managed to avoid the left over Halloween candy when I left the house this morning.  I have my desk and work fridge stocked with some healthy snacks.  The plan is to take a walk after work today.  It's only been a few hours, but I'm feeling good.
We ran off to Vegas and got married!

  • Halloween candy is evil.  I meant to send out leftovers in with my H but I forgot.  Oh well, I can resist for a day.

  • Tracey- Good idea to stock the fridge with healthy snacks! Halloween candy is literally the worst thing ever. I am a nanny... and the children have TONS of candy! It's driving me insane and its only been 3 days of looking at it... and having some :( 

    I'm glad you're in a good place to get going!! I haven't jumped on the band wagon yet :( I need motivation so bad... 

    Looks like we're getting married around the same time.. I'm getting married in September.
