Loseing wt???

im trying to lose wt but it just doesnt seem to be coming off. im excersing and all that good stuff but what eles could i do?? help

  • It also depends on what kind of exercising you are doing.  Interval training and weight training are generally the most effective in boosting metabolism and keeping your metabolism up after the workout.
  • Watch what you eat closely. Losing weight is about eating healthy and burning calories (running, jumping rope, elliptical)
  • The Amy's organic frozen dinners are a very decent option if you need "healthy" meals more on-the-go.
