Hi Ladies...I've finally decided that I need to cut back on drinking to lose some weight. I drink about a glass (or two) of wine a night and I drink much more on the weekends. I was going to stop drinking for a few months and up my workouts. I eat very well and have been working out, but haven't seen much of a difference(not on the scale or inches lost : ( ), so I think this is the change I need. Has anyone done the same thing and lost weight??
