3 Week Shape Up HELP!

Ok ladies....I've got three weeks until I DO! As well all know, the holidays are an extremely hard time to try and 'cut back' and also my birthday was shortly after christmas so needless to say my body is not in the shape that I wished it would be with only three weeks to go!

With all of that being said, does anyone have any quick workout or diet secrets to lose that extra bit of weight in a hurry?

  • Clean eating, count calories, get some cardio in.  At 3 weeks, that's your best bet.  Most people work for months to get in shape for their wedding, or like me, do it full time to get healthier.
  • At this point it's too late to stress about it.

    Focus on things that you can change now.  I would concentrate on eating healthy and getting rid of any bloat or water weight.  Avoid salty foods and drink plenty of water.  I've heard that's one of the quickest ways to look slimmer. 
  • Eating healthily definitely won't hurt, but I would also recommend the 30 Day Shred DVD. I know you don't have a full 30 days, but I did 16 days straight of it when I first got it, and lost a little over an inch off of my waist during that time. It was crazy. If nothing else, when I work out a lot, I feel a ton better about myself, even if the scale doesn't change, so there's that benefit too!
