I am trying to stick to lean proteins like tuna, tilapia, sole, chicken, and turkey. I've made a few dishes but was wondering if you guys could share a few low-carb recipes with me. I can't eat grains or legumes. so those are out, or starchy veggies. --not a very huge selection, but wondering if you guys could add some flavor back into my diet--and who knows help someone else on this board.
