Tuesday Accountability

Morning. I hardly slept last night, my apartment was so warm even with the heat off.

B- donut (stupid pms) 2 hard boiled eggs
S- chobani
L- 2 stuffed shells left over from Easter
S- baked tortilla chips with mango salsa
D- lean cuisine

E- plan on going to the gym tonight. If not 30 day shred.

  • So, my eating seems to be a little odd today already, but whatever. I packed well. Today is day one of only eating when I'm hungry and not eating just b/c I'm "supposed" to at any certain time.

    B-yogurt
    S-pretzel crisps and laughing cow
    L-soup
    S-carrot sticks
    D-grilled chicken, rice, and asparagus

    E-walking as many miles as I can
  • Good morning! I'm pretty proud of myself lately. I've been waking up early to make FI and I healthy breakfasts because he usually just skips eating breakfast and snacks all day long. I'm hoping I can keep this up!

    B - Coffee, Fried egg breakfast sandwich: american cheese, english muffin, bacon
    S - WW String Cheese, Pear
    L - Leftover Moo Goo Gai Pan
    S - Dark Chocolate Pomegranates, Grape Tomatoes
    D - Leftover Easter Ham, Mashed Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes, Deviled Egg

    E - Upper body strength training at the gym. Woo!

  • Morning!  I'm tired today.  I didn't go grocery shopping yesterday.  Today will be interesting.

    B: oatmeal, chocolate/PB/banana style (actually cooked on the stove.  I prefer OOO), coffee
    S: apple
    L: salad bar w/ an added can of tuna
    S: carrots and hummus
    D: TBD, grocery shopping still to do and all.

    E: ??  energy level will dictate whether it's a lift and a run, or just lift, or just run.  So, some combination of C25K W3D3 and NROL FL I B4

  • Hi! I've been tracking on MFP, but may as well put it here too :-)
    Breakfast: Kix with Lactaid Milk
    Lunch: Kashi Pesto Pasta Primavera
    Snack: Lemon Zest Luna Bar
    Snack: Baked Tostidos and HOT Salsa
    Dinner: Progresso Lentil Soup and Amy's Spinach and Feta Pocket

    E: 20 minute walk at lunch and 35 minutes on Crossramp at gym.
  • So not ready to be accountable today...still need to go grocery shopping, still probably won't today.

    B: Everything bagel with reduced fat cream cheese..I swear I will break this addiction as soon as I buy breakfast foods.
    S: Starbucks grande non-fat hazelnut latte
    L: TBD...probably meditteranean salad.
    S: Almonds
    D: TBD...something easy like whole wheat potato gnocchi maybe? 

    E: 40 minutes cardio plus strength training.

  • Hey everyone! I've been MIA for a few days because I've been sick and not keeping track of anything. Thankfully I managed to maintain even though I wasn't counting calories, heh. Back on track today now that I'm not sick anymore!

    PW: Banana (going to get a magic bullet after getting paid tomorrow, I want smoothies dammit!)
    B: 1 egg, canadian bacon, nf cheese scramble, chocolate milk
    L: Lean Cusine Thia Chicken Spring rolls (they were yummy!) and a green salad
    D: Farm to Table special menu at our local BYOB (hence the lighter eating today, heh)

    E: 60 minutes on the arc machine to balace out tonights dinner. Skipped weight training because I still feel a little weak, so I'm gonna get back into it tomorrow.

  • Alright, I'm going to start trying to do this daily. I keep track on my Lose It app, but it probably wouldn't hurt to make myself accountable to more people. So here we go!

    B - Egg with whole wheat bagel thin
    S - Fiber One bar
    L - Tomato soup with oyster crackers and a smidge of cheddar cheese
    S - Cottage cheese
    D - Spinach and feta ierogies, grilled chicken, broccoli, brownie

    E - 30 DS

  • It's about time I got here...

    B- multigrain cheeerios with 1% milk
    S- Starbucks blueberry muffin (bad...)
    L. multigrain roll, toasted with butter and jam
    D- Boston Pizza pasta night... probably with beer....  (but it's a fundraiser, so it's for a good cause?... terrible excuse. lol)

  • B - coffee/2 ricecakes with 2 TBSP Sunflower seed butter
    L - 1/2 turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread
    D - Salad with grilled chicken (even though I'm craving top ramen)

    E - dunno, I have a migraine so I can't think straight.
