Monday WW Accountability

Morning ladies!  I just got done with my first morning workout in a LONG time.  I've decided that this is the only way I can stick to an exercise routine without making excuses as to why I can't exercise.  I forgot how hard it is to start this.  Ugh..... hopefully I can motivate myself to get up early again tomorrow.  I know its only a matter of time before it becomes routine.  In any case, I'm proud of myself for doing it!

B: ww yogurt (1); granola (3)
L: lean pocket (5); applesauce (2)
S: fiber one bar (2)
D: either a baked potato with corn, black beans, onions, olives and salsa (8) or a big salad with lots of veggies and grilled chicken (7)..... not sure which one I want yet, but hubby is finally going to the grocery store today, so I'll have food in the house again!
S: ??????

E: 30 DS level 1; volleyball tonight

  • worst weekend ever - i worked the entire time (stupid pager kept going off) and got like 5 hours of sleep. total. i need a new job...but theres nothing out there. and im getting sick again...probably from all the stress.

  • Graceful-Noooo!  Don't get sick!  Make sure to take your vitamins and get as much rest as you can.

    I also did my first morning workout in quite a while.  Thank goodness for DH being home and getting me up in the morning!

  • Morning ladies! Kim, try to get better! I ate like crap last night at a football party. They had my weakness - onion dip & ruffles. ugh
    But I lost 1.2 lbs at WI this week. :)

    B: fiber one cereal (2), almond milk (1), raspberries (.5), light eng muffin (1), lc cheese wedge (1), canadian bacon (1), vanilla starbucks via (1)
    S: protein shake - frozen strawberries (.5), choc protein powder (1), almond milk (1), sf chocolate syrup (0), ice (0)
    L: turkey breast (2), avocado (2), baby spinach (0), 2 slices whole wheat (1), mustard (0), lf black bean soup (2)

    im feelign a bit better this morning than i was yesterday - handed off my pager to my teammate (thank the lord) and feeling less stressed. im going to go home tonight, do an actual workout, play with my new kitten and drink a margarita (i owe that to myself from this horrific weekend!!!) and then sleep...ALOT.
