Morning ladies! I just got done with my first morning workout in a LONG time. I've decided that this is the only way I can stick to an exercise routine without making excuses as to why I can't exercise. I forgot how hard it is to start this. Ugh..... hopefully I can motivate myself to get up early again tomorrow. I know its only a matter of time before it becomes routine. In any case, I'm proud of myself for doing it!

either a baked potato with corn, black beans, onions, olives and salsa (8) or a big salad with lots of veggies and grilled chicken (7)..... not sure which one I want yet, but hubby is finally going to the grocery store today, so I'll have food in the house again!
