It seems like everyone is so motivating, I want to lose 15lbs before next July, I know I can lose an easy 5-6lbs by just quitting drinking alll the time (I work at a bar, but not for much longer) I'm moving into a new job next month, and I have been out of commission for any kind of work out for the last 4 weeks due to surgery, but should be cleared this week. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I drink only water, love coffee, but usually use sugar free or fat free coffee mate to spruce it up I try to eat healthy as much as possible, but its hard, hubby is a skinny junk food junkee. I just need to get motivated and maybe some recipe ideas hahah. Thanks in advance!!!
